I am on the Maine Environmental Assoc Board and New England EE Alliance Board. I am an Educator at Maine Audubon. I have been doing this for 30 years.

After creating and leading the Carmel Green Teen Micro-Grant Program in middle school, I have dedicated my career to empowering other young people to take action for the environment. I am a full-time PhD student in environmental education at NC State and work part-time for NOAA Education.

Rachel Arbor is a Presidential Award winner whose work has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, the EPA, and the White House. She is the CEO and Founder of Gaia Scholastic and the NY State Lead for SubjectToClimate. For both of these roles, her mission is to cultivate a generation of environmentally-literate global citizens by integrating nature and environmental concepts into the learning experiences of students of all ages and abilities. With a Masters in Education, she builds interdisciplinary content in a way that challenges students to make connections: with themselves, with each other, and with nature, across content areas. She trains teachers across the country on how to re-shape their curriculum through an environmental lens, coaches students on how to turn their climate anxiety into climate action, and fosters environmental connection in and out of the classroom.

Victoria is passionate about transformational change in schools. Serving as the environmental education and service-learning consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Victoria works with educators and organizations to increase capacity for equitable, authentic learning experiences through meaningful place-based education. She co-founded FIELD Edventures, a non-profit dedicated to taking learning outdoors and designed and led a project-based, environmental middle school.

I am an education biologist with Ducks Unlimited. Part of my position involves outreach presentations to young people about wetlands and waterfowl. I incorporate discussions about the importance of wetlands to clean water and protecting communities from flooding.

Nearly 20 years ago, Christy took her first job in environmental education at a conservation summer camp, and she hasn't looked back. She has worked in universities, international nonprofits, local organizations, state agencies, and private companies—always with an eye toward helping people build environmental literacy and meaningful connections to nature. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Yale University. When she's not working, Christy likes to swim, surf, and play with her family on the beaches of South Florida, where she lives and works.

Environmental educator, outdoor enthusiast, primitive skills practitioner, social justice warrior, musician, science teacher.  Currently Program Director for a nonprofit.

I have been based on the Eastern Shore of Virginia since 2010 providing public interpretation and environmental education programs to tourists and local community members. I love working among our pristine barrier islands and salt marshes and taking people out in these areas to learn more about the plants and animals that call them home. Our education program currently focuses on providing Meaningful Watershed Education Experiences for 5th, 7th, and 10th grade students as well as professional development for all teachers from Accomack and Northampton Counties.

Alan works at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Applied Sciences & Environmental Solutions, Environmental Solutions Division as their STEM Outreach Coordinator. Building on over a decade of providing evironmental educaiton and workforce development in the non-profit world, Alan brings this experience to the development of a outreach program at the EPA's OASES ESD in Cincinnati, OH.
