Multidisciplinary ocean scientist by education; mariner, educator, and business entrepreneur by trade, I am a modern day explorer with the ocean being my home, my workplace, and my playground.

 

I'm a full-time freelance writer, specializing in science, wildlife, and conservation communications. From interpretive messaging to curriculum, my goal is to educate and inspire the masses. I'm originally from SoCal, graduated from SDSU, and now live in the PNW. Yes, I do prefer the rain!
